Edit 2:
To make the plugin working in GSC, you got to do this:


   Make a copy of GSC.exe and rename it to rfactor.exe - this renamed file is the one you got to run!
   Make a backup of the current d3d9.dll file, then copy the GID Plugin content
   Run rfactor.exe and go on track. Now press CTRL+Space to turn on the GID, use ALT+Space to adjust it by the menu. Read the manual above for all information!

Just for your info - this looks like a repacked version 1.1.4 that you have been using from the start.
